http://mobile.beilabs.com is launched
So as I promised last night I decided to get off of my lazy behind and do a light implementation of beilabs on rails 2.0. So 20 minutes later, 5 of which involved making coffee and cleaning my apartment, http://mobile.beilabs.com was developed.
It renders nicely on my ipod touch so hopefully it should be nice for the mobile safari browser. As for any other browsers, well, I just haven't used nor tested their mobile versions.
Its behind the scenes where I am most interested in. Twitter updates as well as administration features are embedded in the site, but for the people reading this blog it is now easily accessible from the mobile optimized version.
Anyhow, another thumbs up for rails in my book. Development and deployment was as easy as pie. I'm planning on rolling out some new applications over the coming months, free time in the evenings and all that jazz. Yes I'm a boring old shite.
